Danae is an award winning creative and film maker currently based in London. As a freelancer Danae has worked for clients including Discovery Channel, Disney Channel, MTV, Nickelodeon, Turner, National Geographic, Migrants Resource Center, Inmarsat and The Body Shop.

Danae wanted a website to showcase her work. Simple yet impressive. One summer she shot a video with a bee and a sea urchin on a Greek island. Next autumn we thought it would be a great idea to use it as an abstract element in the background on which the content would be unfolded. Simple yet impressive. In order to achieve that I combined two different techniques, using flash for the manipulation of the full scrren propotional background video and css, php and javascipt for the asynchronous load of the content in a layer above the video.
